Miele - Incentives Management Solution
Spira have recently designed, built and launched a comprehensive online incentives solution for Míele who will operate it across Europe for its staff and partners who exel in their role .
Points can be redeeemed by purchasing from a large online catalogue of products and all aspects of points allocation and spend are supported up by a sophisticated reporting system. Fulfillment, content management and customer support are controlled by privileges allocated to staff based on their status within the organisation. Users are then able to personalise their view of the system using draggable widgets and preferences.
The product is based on IncentiveBank 2.0™ and has been developed by Spira for our partner, Hyperformance Group. All aspects of the solution can be re-branded for each customer and then customers can personalise their own online interface using widgets and profile management. Other clients of the solution include Subway, GAU and CSMA.
