Both Advanced and Expert versions have intelligent merging capabilities that allow you to easily import records from third-party providers or from your own CRM solution.
When you import, AI checks the status of its online version of your contacts database and merges intelligently any recognisable records. AI eMarketing v2 also supports a large number of customisable fields whose names you can define; values for these fields can also be easily imported and configured to provide extensive segmentation of your contact data.
The export facility lets you pre-select your export based on a combination of subscriptions and filters, you can also choose which fields from your online contacts database you wish to export.
CRM Integration Options
For more advanced solutions, there is great stock in tightly integrating AI eMarketing v2 with your external CRM solution. When this is applied all data are synchronised between both systems on a continuous basis.
